Shipping by LCL---a way we found to help customer to save money!
These 1pc of 20bbl beer storage tank and 2pcs of 10bbl beer fermentation tanks are repeat order from old customer. Tanks are all fully customized by DYM brewing solutions design team according to brewhouse’s capacity and brewery’s limited. Since the shipping cost from China to US is very high now. We make 3D drawing of wooden case, lifting up one tank above the other one in one package to save space occupy in the container. After comparing with the cost of LCL (less than one container loading) shipping to FCL (full container loading) shipping, LCL cost is much cheaper than FCL shipping, and the shipping cost will save about 50%. We try our best to reduce the dimension on packing and make the suitable plywood case to cover the tank and made the iron bracket on bottom to protect the tanks. Now tanks were shipped on board and will ship to customer’s brewery. We hope half a month later, our tanks can appear in our friend’s brewery in the best condition. So happy to find ways to help customer to save money!
